Have literally just cancelled my policy…
Have literally just cancelled my policy as a simple change of vehicle from a lower insurance group was going to cost MORE for about 5 months than an entire Year with numerous other companies (searched on a comparison site).
To add insult to injury they want to charge a free for the service of cancellation. Finally why is it not possible to manage all of my policies on line, rather than sit on hold for half an hour every time!
