Very expensive for the loyal customers
The network speed is good but the connection cost is expensive for loyal customers like me. I am using Delta for last 2 years and the price is much cheaper for new customers than the old customers. That makes me thinking to wait for my contract to get over so that I can go for other operators with cheaper options.

I'd like to provide some additional context. New customers are eligible for a temporary welcome offer, which gives them an extra discount on top of the regular promotions. This welcome discount is available once when someone joins DELTA as a new customer.
Existing customers are often in a different situation, as they may have customised subscriptions or different service needs. When a contract is up for renewal, we are happy to review the individual situation and look at the options and offers that best fit the customer's needs.
