I should have read the reviews, so yes I have had the same experience as some others when it comes to quality and the need to interact with customer services, poor, poor quality, a pair of boxers on day one had the thread coming away, emailed customer services and yes quick to respond to the “contact us” on the web then nothing when emailing reply.
Replying to say get in touch shows how you haven’t understood, I have got in touch and had no reply, this review was intended to tell others that your aftercare is poor and for you to become better, improve your quality as it seems you aren’t creating the same quality that you once did according to others, but your customer service doesn’t actually help, replying to show you care is trying to show reviewers that you do care, my email is still there to respond to.

Avoid, too good to be true, and it was, nothing received, no communication.
