A totally miserable experience
My order was never delivered and I paid extra to have it delivered early in the day of our anniversary. Their customer service is a total joke. You get an online chat agent that keeps giving me a runaround promising that they're investigating and now they're promising to make the investigation a priority. It's now a month later! I tried to reach customer support and got an AI agent. When I finally had the opportunity to ask for a live agent, the call was disconnected.
