Very disappointing experience
I placed an order and, instead of receiving the products I paid for, I received two tracking numbers. Neither of them has shown any movement, and I still haven't received my order.
Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this store.

I can see that you have been in contact with our customer service throughout the entire process. We informed you that your parcel was dispatched correctly from our warehouse, but unfortunately it was later reported as missing by the carrier. As a result, we have now issued a full refund for your order.
I completely understand how disappointing this must have been. It is extremely unfortunate when a parcel goes missing during transport, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Regarding the two tracking numbers, the first shipping label was unfortunately created incorrectly, so we had to generate a new one. Our system automatically sends notifications for both labels, even though only the second one was actually active. I understand that this may have caused confusion, and I apologize for that as well.
Once again, I am very sorry that your experience with us ended this way, and I hope we will have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
