The Student Pass is our matching service that enables contact with tutors. The fee is only charged once a tutor accepts your lesson request.

The monthly renewal is clearly displayed on the payment page before confirmation, as well as in the confirmation email, so users are informed of the terms at all times.

If a tutor informed you that they are not available, please feel free to contact our support team and provide supporting evidence such as screenshots. We will be happy to review your case and issue a refund where applicable.

The Student Pass is a subscription whose price, renewal terms and monthly nature are displayed before payment and then reminded in the confirmation emails sent after registration.

That said, after reviewing your case, we can see that our team took the time to assist you and, as a goodwill gesture, offered a commercial solution after understanding that the service's functioning had not been fully clear to you.

Our goal is always to help users find a suitable teacher and support them when difficulties arise.

The Student Pass is a monthly subscription of £39 and it allows you to contact as many tutors as you like for a period of 30 days. You will then need to pay the tutor rate separately.

With an active Student Pass you can contact an unlimited number of tutors until you find the perfect fit. All of these details are set out in our terms of use, the payment page where you entered your details and across our site.

That said, if you've not been able to organise lessons with a tutor due to fault on their part, then we would welcome the chance to look into that for you.

Sentimos escuchar que el funcionamiento de la plataforma no te quedó claro. Trabajamos a diario para ofrecer un servicio lo más claro posible.

Verás, antes de finalizar tu solicitud con el/la profe adquiriste el Pase Alumno. Este pase te permite contactar con todos los profesores de la plataforma, entre las más de 1000 materias que contamos, durante un periodo mínimo de 30 días.

Esta información estaba presente en la pantalla de pago en la que introdujiste tus datos, en nuestro Centro de Ayuda y en las Menciones Legales. Además, en el momento de tu suscripción también te enviamos un correo electrónico informándote sobre el funcionamiento del Pase Alumno.

No obstante, para consulta o aclaración que necesites, no dudes en contactarnos de nuevo al correo hola@superprof.com, estaremos encantados de atenderte.

La ringraziamo per aver condiviso la sua recensione.

Tuttavia, con il nominativo indicato nella suo commento, non ci risulta che lei abbia mai utilizzato la piattaforma italiana superprof.it.

Inoltre, il nostro servizio ha un costo di 29 euro, pertanto, in caso di doppio addebito dell’abbonamento, l’importo non corrisponderebbe a 78 euro.

Riteniamo quindi che, nell’eventualità in cui abbia effettivamente utilizzato la piattaforma, possa essersi trattato di un sito Superprof di un paese diverso.

Ci dispiace comunque che le informazioni relative al servizio non le siano sembrate chiare al momento della sottoscrizione.

Le informazioni sul funzionamento del Pass Alunno sono consultabili in qualsiasi momento nelle nostre Menzioni Legali e nella sezione “Bisogno di aiuto?”.

Inoltre, nella pagina di pagamento indichiamo chiaramente che il Pass è un “abbonamento”, “senza vincoli e addebitato solo se un insegnante accetta la tua richiesta”, e che offre “accesso illimitato a tutti gli insegnanti di tutte le materie”.

Al momento della sottoscrizione, viene inoltre inviata un’email che spiega nel dettaglio il funzionamento del servizio e specifica che l’abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente ogni mese fino alla cancellazione.
