What should have been a simple order…Expected more for the price
What should have been a simple order turned into a frustrating back-and-forth. Overall the experience felt disorganised from checkout through to delivery. It took several emails before I got a useful response from support. The packaging was inadequate and the contents shifted around in transit. Not an experience I'd want to repeat.
