I highly recommend the ProChef app.
As head chef of a 500 cover bistro seafood restaurant ProChef haccpapp.ie has revolutionised data recording on a day to day basis.
Not only is it an easy to use app for instant recording. The customer service team are super helpful and vigilant.
Fridge/freezer temperature transmitter probes at an additional monthly subscription are an advantage and recommended.
