Terrible Logistics and Zero Solution
This company provided a quote for a shipment from Spain to Portugal. The invoice was sent to us and promptly paid. In addition to the base transport rate, which was certainly not cheap, I specifically hired the loading and unloading service by the driver, paying an extra €80 for each operation (a total of €160 extra).
When the collection day arrived, the company completely failed, and the truck never showed up. For over a week, I called daily demanding an explanation, but no solution was provided. They just made excuses, claiming a lack of availability of trucks with tail lifts or pallet jacks.
Even though the booking and payment were made well in advance, the company showed utter incompetence in their logistics management. From what I gathered, they do not even have their own fleet and simply subcontract third parties, without guaranteeing the service to the end customer.
It was a terrible service that left me extremely disappointed. I highly advise against using them.
