I bought a test for €132
19th of april; I bought a test for €132, but the results are still “in the lab for analysis.” The website says it should take 8 working days, yet it’s already been 15 workingdays. I’m starting to worry that the results may never arrive. I’ve filled out the contact form and sent an email 5 days ago, but I haven’t received any response. At this point, it feels like it might have been a scam. 23th of april; They finally send me email that there were shortage of materials.. a day later I got the results. I am happy with finally getting the results and how the testresults look with al the information. But overall, the contact is slow and I feel like that service needs to improve.
