Communication was a little slow, but when contacted relatively quick to reply. Trailer arrived safe and sound

I did not expect to be scammed by Turbo Tax. On filing my return the check box was checked to pay the filing fee from the return. Little did I know my return gets sent to a holding company who charges double the filing fee before releasing my return back to me very late. I suspect they hold the money and collect interest making more money.
