I purchased some products in April, and was mistakenly charged twice. I wrote to customer service right away, and after a few perfunctory replies, I never heard back. The goods were never shipped, and the money was never refunded. I started a procedure through the EU consumer protection service, which got involved. Unfortunately, it seems the company has "gone bankrupt" and its new headquarters is in Malta, which now makes it impossible to recover what I'm owed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, BECAUSE IT IS CLEARLY A SCAM.

Due to the failure to dispatch the ordered goods, the absence of any refund, and a complete lack of communication, I have initiated legal proceedings and reported the website to the relevant authorities. This constitutes fraudulent conduct.

Ho effettuato un ordine ormai 3 settimane fa, per il quale purtroppo è passato erroneamente due volte il pagamento. Ho provveduto a scrivere al servizio clienti che, la prima volta, mi ha risposto che avrebbe provveduto al rimborso di uno dei due pagamenti entro la settimana (quando fosse rientrato in ufficio chi si occupa dei pagamenti) e inviato al più presto l’ordine ma con un po’ di ritardo causato da fattori esterni/fornitori terzi.
Da quel momento in poi non ho più avuto notizie. La merce non è stata inviata e i pagamenti non mi sono stati rimborsati.
La totale mancanza di professionalità mi lascia senza parole. Mi muoverò per altre vie per ottenere un rimborso.
