When the package arrived it was tossed on my doorstep and left there for 3 days until I could come and move it as it was too heavy for my elderly parents to move inside.

The instructions are vague, totally false at points and are totally unintuitive. The machining is abysmal, holes different sizes, wood already cracking.

Only reason this isn’t one star is I managed to build the thing after much frustration and it’s a working piece of furniture.

Whole process was simple and quick. Sent controller off received it back fully repaired within 3 business days.

Booked an oven cleaning on the 14th of November, it was then re-scheduled twice to end up on the eventual date of the 19th of December. Oven cleaning was then cancelled due to lack of staff. After this we opted to ask for a refund and was told by yourselves that it would be 28 days. 63 days have now passed and we still have not received a refund. It seems this is a common problem and it’s frankly a very concerning business practice.
