Susana was absolutely amazing! She took me through the entire process without a hitch. Very calm, very professional and most importantly, very friendly. Lol, she kept apologizing throughout the whole conversation, even though she did nothing wrong. She did everything right and got me to the resolution that I needed. If I were in the UK, I would buy her a pint! Thank you Susana!
