Extremely disappointing service.

We have been paying for this waste collection service for over 6 months, yet not a single collection has taken place. Our waste has never been collected once.

I have contacted the customer service team more than 10 times, and every time I receive polite responses and promises that the issue has been passed to another team. However, nothing ever changes and no action is taken.

Instead of solving the problem, they keep using the same scripted replies and delaying the issue. Paying for a service that is never delivered is completely unacceptable.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

After 2 weeks and also every few days they called me to give me update, they bring my TOYOTA RAV 4 with too much problems.
