Make sure you have a Plan B. Booked a car for pickup at the Las Vegas airport but when I arrived my driver told me he was already with another pickup. He tried to contact Blacklane about the “mix up” but they weren’t getting back to him so he asked ME to get in touch with them. After over 20 minutes of messages via their chat someone finally called me back to tell me they were sorry and I should find alternate transportation. I ended up getting a cab which took 2 minutes and 1/3 the price. This was my first and last time using Blacklane.

Placed an offer for an order and the seller accepted but never shipped. The pending charge dropped off my credit card but now they've issued a credit for a charge that didn't hit my card. Total mess. Stick with the more reputable sites. Won't buy anything on this site again.
