Be careful about using this company

Be careful about using this company. I ordered a gilet. It took three weeks to arrive. The “UK” bit is misleading as the business is not in the UK and I am now discovering it is impossible to return the goods to get a refund. BE CAREFUl

wall lights from Pridola

Bought two wall lights (sconces) from Pridola. Great design, look really lovely but the rechargeable bulbs (not included) are absolutely hopeless. Can’t have used the lights more than 10hours when they have needed a recharge & the bulbs just won’t recharge. They are expensive too for something that doesn’t work and is billed as having 50000 life hours in them. Extremely disappointing as has been the response from Pridola.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience 💛 The lamps don’t automatically include bulbs, and we understand rechargeable bulbs can sometimes be tricky. To help extend their performance, here are a few care tips:

Use a USB‑C cable with a 5V/2A adapter for reliable charging

Allow bulbs to fully charge before first use to maximize battery life

Avoid overcharging — unplug once fully charged (light indicator turns green)

Keep bulbs away from extreme heat or moisture, which can shorten their lifespan

If adhesive pads are used, ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and smooth for secure placement
