We recently had a great experience with Kia Washington! We were looking for a new car after a bad experience elsewhere. Matt our sales adviser was great, he was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information to make a decision on which level of the Sportage we wanted to go for. He wasn’t pushy at any point and was on hand to answer any questions. He was responsive to messages even outside of business hours. Matt even checked in after a few days to make sure everything was ok with the car. We are very impressed with the service and would recommend!
