I was waiting for my parcel the whole…

I was waiting for my parcel the whole day after getting the email from GLS saying my parcel would be delivered around lunch time. 1h later after the time they said my paket would be delivered I got an email saying there was no name by the bell or the House door. This is not true! Around 4 pm my parcel was already back at the Package station. The car has no even been in my street that day.

You do not find the button to cancel…

You do not find the button to cancel the subscription. The website is a trap. They automatically renew your signature to a different plan you have previously subscribed. I was happy with the platform but this dishonest layout really ruined everything! Never again!

You can cancel the subscription at any time as we do not have any contracts or cancellation fees. To cancel your subscription online via the website, follow these steps from the Settings menu on your account:

3. Before clicking the cancellation button, make sure to select the check mark indicating I understand I will lose access to my saved resumes and cover letter but still want to cancel.
Once you've checked the box, you'll be able to click the cancellation button without any problems.
