Please don’t ever use talk talk

Absolutely the worse company to ever use. Had my fibre broadband go down due to a faulty box and they charged me for the month. No internet usage so I cancelled them. They continued to charge me even though I cancelled. I’d sooner use a wingless carrier pigeon than use these guys ever again. Continued to charge me past cancellation date. Numerous phone calls with no help and just over all waste of time. I’d sooner send underwater smoke signals or even sign language if I was blind. There’s not a word or feeling in the universe that could summarise my absolute distain and general feeling of dismay with this company. I’d sooner use a prison burner phone that’s been passed around numerous anal cavities than go back to talk talk. Should be called no talk no talk as they offer flaccid level speeds of internet at Mayfair prices.
