I can genuinely say this experience has helped me uncover and release layers of stuck emotions, fears and guilt I didn’t realise I had been carrying.
Samantha held a safe place that allowed me to open up , which in the past I have struggled with this .
Face my shadows and begin to heal wounds.
The process helped my reconnect with myself and feel more grounded and open hearted .
