unfortunatley, you left my pack outside the building, can infer from the picture you send as a proof of delivery. So, it was probably taken by someone else. I can understand leaving a parcel inside the building, but can't understand leaving a pack outside the building
Review of Chichi Castelnango
I ordered from Chichi Castelnango (France) to the UK. The parcel was delivered to a completely different building by the delivery company they chose to work with. The “proof of delivery” photo clearly showed another address, yet Chichi Castelnango refused to take proper responsibility.
After many emails, they requested personal details and ID copies, saying they would “start an investigation,” but they never actually did. Instead, they told me to “check with your neighbour” or pay customs again if I wanted a replacement.
Regardless of which delivery partner they use, it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the order reaches the customer. This was a total failure in accountability, transparency, and customer care.
