I had been a loyal customer for 5 years of travel insurance. When an eye surgery occurred on vacation they simply stalled and refused to pay. They believe that the amount (I only claimed the surgery and no incidentals) was low so they could simply ignore it. I litigated it and they still delayed. Stay away from this company. My opinion is they are very unethical.
Review of Blacklane
This is the second time I received an email that “unfortunately they could not find a driver” after I had arrived - in Singapore. And they are hoping to improve their service. The email came after a driver had been assigned for a ride I had booked the previous week. For a US$248 trip for an 18 minute drive for a luxury car (during Singapore F1). No response to texts. Be very wary. Their service unfortunately has deteriorated
