While the recruitment is quite strict imo, but that's good to filter the seriousness of the recruitee.

I've been working here for more than 1 year, and I can only say this place has been the best working place I've ever been. As much as I love working offline, the online community is very supportive and always has something fun to bring, especially in each meeting.

People are really valued in this company. They really care about your progression and always consider the employees as humanly as possible. While I might not have been my best at times, I always wish the best for this company going forward.

- The payment is very very very low, even for a third-world country.
- Tutorials are very long, and you need to keep on going through them everytime you want to apply or reapply on a project
- There is no feedback, no transparency
- You keep on getting banned from projects without clarity and transparency
