You can cancel your subscription directly through your account on the portal or by submitting a request via the contact form on our website, which allows our support team to receive and process your cancellation correctly.

We requested and received your contact details via Trustpilot’s secure system and had the opportunity to reach out to you by email. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply.

In our message, we believe we clearly explained that the subscription was activated after the trial period in accordance with the Terms and Conditions you agreed to during registration. All charges applied were valid, and the service was available to you during the paid period. We also provided detailed information explaining how the subscription works and why the charge occurred.

If you wish, you can still reply to our email, and we will be more than happy to clarify any misunderstandings.

Onze oprechte excuses voor het ongemak en de teleurstelling die dit voor u heeft veroorzaakt — wij begrijpen dat herhaalde facturen en zorgen hierover veel stress kunnen geven.

Een abonnement kan rechtstreeks worden geannuleerd via uw account op het platform of door een verzoek in te dienen via het contactformulier op onze website. Via dit formulier kan ons supportteam uw verzoek correct ontvangen en verwerken. Wij willen daarnaast benadrukken dat alle vragen en verzoeken via het contactformulier op onze website moeten worden ingediend om ervoor te zorgen dat zij correct worden ontvangen en afgehandeld. E-mails die buiten dit proces worden verstuurd, kunnen wij helaas niet in behandeling nemen.

Wij hebben uw contactgegevens via het beveiligde systeem van Trustpilot ontvangen en u vervolgens per e-mail benaderd. Helaas hebben wij daarop geen reactie ontvangen.

In onze e-mail hebben wij toegelicht dat het abonnement na de proefperiode automatisch is voortgezet, conform de voorwaarden die tijdens de registratie zijn geaccepteerd. De in rekening gebrachte kosten zijn overeenkomstig deze voorwaarden toegepast en de dienst was gedurende de betaalde periode beschikbaar. Tevens hebben wij uitgebreid uitgelegd hoe het abonnement werkt en waarom de afschrijving heeft plaatsgevonden.
