Very happy with the service Freshplates.ie provides. I placed my order at 4pm and it was shipped out that day and it was delivered by 2pm the next day. The plates were perfect and well wrapped. Customer service is also top notch. Had and issue with my order of my own fault and they rang me straight away and sorted it no bother at all. Will definitely order from again if changing my plates!

Placed an order on June 16th and my package was split into 2 deliveries. Received my 1st package but over 1 month later I still haven't received my 2nd item and it hasnt even been dispatched. Tried contacting customer service by phone twice. 1st time waited 20min no response...2nd time waited 10min and gave up. Contacted them twice via their online form and no response from them there either. Never dealt with a company before with such poor Customer Service!! Wont be ordering from them again!!
