Review of LMX Touristik
We booked a flight with Eurowings from Dusseldorp to Hurghada.
With the LMX booking number we could not check-in online. In Dusseldorp we could check in at the counter for free but in Hurghada we had to pay €40,- because we did (could) not check-in online. Absurd.
An MTS tour guide received us at the hotel reception to explain about the hotel, excursions, etc. We were there multiple times so we thanked him for the contact and we did not need any info or excursion. He was talking on the phone during our conversation and he was visibly annoyed he came to the hotel for us only…,,,
Not customer friendly.
Furthermore everything was fine!

vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Der Check In ist nicht mit der Buchungsnummer von LMX, sondern mit der Flugbuchungsnummer nötig.
Das Thema Reiseleitung nehmen wir aber gern mit und werden die Kollegen darauf ansprechen die Sensibilität dauerhaft zu halten.
