They ship quickly too!

I just got another beautiful stone at a great price! Can't wait to set it!
This company is very good and reliable!

So many good things about this company!
First of all their stones are gorgeous, the pictures online I have found to be very accurate to what I receive. Sometimes things online look different, but they photograph them so well, what I see if what I get.
Next, they ship quickly....considering the couple of weeks wait to get the stones, often from India, but once they are in, it is less than a week more to receive them.
And then there is customer service, they respond quickly to all questions and are great at updating when your stone will arrive. They have been very easy to deal with and always nice!

They scheduled an in home wellness check via Aetna. From 9-12 today. I waited and called a little before noon. I was told my visit was CANCELED!!
Really??? Why didn't they let me know? They had my phone number, email. even texted a few days ahead they were still coming, what to have ready for them etc.
WHY DID THEY CANCEL? The receptionist was polite, not her fault... but she said they gave no reason.
WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL OR EMAIL OR TEXT?
Thanks Signify for making me miss a day I could have been working. Lost income....can I bill them???
I called Aetna to let them know what inconsiderate jerks they are. The agent put me on hold to complain... came back and said "They'd be willing to come in three weeks". I told them to go to hell, I can see my own Dr. for a checkup, it means another day missing work, who knows if they will show up.
Things happen, things sometimes get canceled, I get it....why on earth didn't they let me know? Just left me sitting here doing nothing.
Rant over. I see they have mostly one star reviews. I'm going to let Aetna know.
