I booked a holiday for myself with a group of friends. My brother then said he was going so I asked for an amendment to my booking which was fine but was told ye couldn't accommodate him on the flight and had to contact Ryanair myself. Ryanair were an absolute joke to try and accommodate me so I decided to re-book the holiday for both of us with yourselves again and had no trouble doing so until I went to cancel the original booking and was told I had to pay nearly the full amount as a cancellation fee which I still haven't paid as I'm trying to get the money together for it and I'm absolutely appalled at this. I knew I might have to pay a cancellation fee but for nearly the full cost of the holiday, that's a joke. I will never book anything through yere website again

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry to hear you’re wanting to cancel your holiday.
Once a booking has been made there are certain parts of it which are non-refundable - such as flights or transfers. If a booking is cancelled there will be cancellation costs incurred which we’ll detail for you, along with a €75 per booking, which covers the cost of us processing the cancellation.
Unfortunately the cancellation fees cannot be discounted.
