We paid 60 chf on top of the annual…

We paid 60 chf on top of the annual subscription fee the first time we used the pass, although at the lounge we were told no additional fee was going to be claimed. I reported the issue to priority pass, and received no response. I find the information available to customers misleading and it is very expensive for what it is. To be avoided.
