I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from Luke from Delta Car Sales to do their research before making a purchase.

I purchased a BMW 116i from Delta Car Sales and experienced ongoing issues from early in my ownership. The vehicle suffered repeated problems including electrical/headlight faults, coolant loss, engine oil consumption and excessive smoke the car spent approximately 16 weeks off the road in total while various repairs were carried out.

One of the most concerning incidents occurred when the headlights failed while I was driving on a rural road at night, creating a serious safety concern.

Despite multiple repair attempts with coolant, headlights, engine repair the issues continued and I eventually lost confidence in the vehicle and in the after sales support and had to go elsewhere despite them having for as long as they did.

While in their care they also broke my front right grill and put black glue all over my chrome grill that just all fall off anyways.

Communication was often frustrating, with long periods waiting for updates and responses. I also incurred ongoing costs including insurance, motor tax and other expenses while the vehicle was unavailable for extended periods and a loan car was only offered to me after three months.

My experience ultimately resulted in a Small Claims Court case. While others may have had different experiences, I can only speak from my own. Based on what I went through, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would recommend that prospective buyers carefully consider all reviews before making a decision.

Said my car was a tsi 140 bhp when I don’t have a tsi and only 80 bhp I rang last year to resolve this issue and got my renewal and same thing my car was faster and turbo engine when I rang over this they were nothing but rude tried to say it wouldnt affect my insurance as a first time learner driver I can guarantee you it does and when I said it doesn’t match my log book and they have to go by logbook not their system incase of an accident etc they kept saying no goes by system so be careful if you’re a first time driver as they will take advantage of you. And they don’t try find you best quote either best off looking yourself tried to quote me over 2000 euro and found insurance myself 1400 ridiculous they are all poor manners. Still haven’t resolved issue either after ripping me off for a year so will bringing it further unfortunately
