The Driver delivered the package to a completely different address and then claimed he could not retreive it as somebody told him nothing was delivered incorrectly. I wonder who that somebody was. I would not be surprised if it was the Driver stealing it. Now DHL is telling me to settle this case with the shipper. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to use DHL services.
