I am so frustrated
I am so frustrated. They overcharged me, 1.5M tokens ($6) to translate 8,700 words document. I emailed them, being told to wait 2-3 days; it's been a week and problem not fixing yet!
$6 is not a big deal, but I just wanted to make sure it will not happen again before I buy more token. At least, give me back my token while fixing your problem! I have no idea...
I used this tool for two months, it's good in general but still has bugs and of course poor customer services. Thai translation took forever to translate with ChatGPT3, Hindi translation occasionally showed transliterated form, punctuation messed up near the end of the document.
