Ordered two items. Then have waited and waited, no communication, no order, so I will go through my bank as I paid by credit card to claim my monies for no goods. I would not go anywhere near this company I believe they are a hoax. Says company is American, but payment through a Hong Kong company labeled as building materials. Should have been more aware around this scam company.

I just wanted to sell my bike. I had my bike from new it is old 2006. 12000 miles, due to moving just needed to sell was not worried about price. Filled in form on website. Completed all the boxes honestly. Got a phone call can you upload pictures. Did that. Then get a phone call. Due to age do not want as can not be sold in a showroom as not in showroom condition blah blah blah. Website needs to be more transparent. To save wasting peoples time. I was honest from the start, they were not a complete set of time wasters.

Update.
I have made an honest review and now am getting pressure to edit and change my review. I have thought about my review and still standby my review. If at the beginning when I completed the form, and it had said at any stage sorry we can not buy your bike due to age, issues etc. I would have said fair enough. If the website had said in clear English we will not be able to offer to buy your bike if…. Then once again understandable. If at the first phone call the woman who asked me to upload pictures had said sorry we will not be able to purchase your bike because of a lack of an upto date MOT. That would be fine. However none of this happened. Will this review stay, probably not as trust pilot has emailed me saying if I do not review my review then it will be taken offline.
