I was so impressed with my HLTH band. Coming from an Apple Watch that no longer lasted even a day, suddenly I was going for weeks without a charge. I did have a problem with it though, but their customer service was about the best I have dealt with. Rachel and her team were amazing, quick to respond and sent out a replacement band very quickly. This was one of the reasons I’d switched to HLTH after reading reviews, and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed, I just wish all customer service teams were this good.

Great service and very happy

Ive been with Community Fibre for 2 years and it has been great. Not having to pay for a phone line I never use was the best bit and the service has been great with very few interruptions.
When I called to renew I was cut off before speaking to anyone ... I was ready to be really annoyed (excited even). However a lovely lady called me back immediately and was able to renew my contract and double my speed very quickly. Very helpful, great internet and friendly customer service ... almost unheard of nowadays 😊
