I live in Frankfurt but was going to visit a friend in Munich for the weekend. The Trek website showed that the Schwabing location had a bike I was interested in, so I stopped in while I was there to see it. Everyone in this store were absolutely wonderful! They did a bike fitting, answered all my questions, held the bike for me until I could pick it up the next day (I had to get a DB bike ticket which I’d never done before) and were overall such a pleasure to work with. Plus, the bike is the best road bike I’ve ever had!!! The Trek Emonda is SO fun to ride!!! 🤩🤩🤩 Recommend this store for anyone searching for a bike!

I took flixbus from Frankfurt to Milan and Milan to Bari today. Milan has a big crime problem (beware!) and my gravel bike had to be placed in the luggage hold. While they were loading other luggage, a guy came and grabbed my bike. Without missing a beat, the driver and the other guy helping him chased after the guy and screamed at him and got my bike back. I cannot imagine what the other outcome could have been. They were SO professional and nice and actually seemed concerned about my bike. I wish I knew who these guys were because they deserve a huge raise!!! Outside of that, the bus was super comfortable and my 23! Hour ride actually went by fast!
