I thought the whole process was pretty…

I thought the whole process was pretty straightforward (even for me}..The questions were in an understandable sequence and the end result was followed by a fast response from 1st Central Insurance who supplied plenty of related data about my Insurance cover,,I would like to have had the option somewhere to decline automatic renewal..
