Really bad food quality, it’s always old and mouldy before the expiry date for everything I have bought there. Every time I have been there it’s clearly expired but the date on the tin doesn’t say that. Milk that was sour there’s no excuse it’s disgusting. The expiry date should be the date it actually expires. Aldi is much better and cheaper. Why pay more for old food.

We moved in approximately a week ago to this building and were enjoying our experience in the building. However this was tarnished by an experience that was had recently. Two maintenance men showed up and knocked on the door and then proceeded to let themselves into our apartment while my partner was at work. As I stopped them from entering the apartment there was difficulty in shutting the door as one of the men was still leaning up against it. When I raised this issue to the residence host Michelle she explained that it was a mistake and the maintenance crew came to the wrong apartment and asked how and why did they have access to mine. As I was distressed they offered for the manager to come up to talk to me which I declined, however a few minutes later the manager (Lorryn) still showed up at the door. The exchange thereafter was not pleasant and she was not sympathetic but instead tried to justify the situation and said the maintenance have access what do you expect. My mum was on the phone while it happened and was furious at how (Lorryn)spoke to me, she called them and spoke to a assistant manager (Sue)that put her on loud speaker to 5 other workers and Sue was again trying to justify the situation. My mum explained I didn’t want to see the (Lorryn) yet I was still distressed to which (Sue) responded what’s the problem since it was a women and not two men at her door. This is totally unprofessional and does not give the impression that managers care about the tenants. They claimed that the protocol was followed and that the maintenance men announced themselves before entering which is false and how would they even know since they weren’t there. Also I was made to feel like I was lying regarding the interaction with the crew and over exaggerating for reacting the way I did to two random men who I do not know walking into my apartment without legal access and prior 24 hour notice whether it was a mistake or not!
I understand that mistakes can happen, however the tenant should not be then made to feel like they are in the wrong when it was a them problem not me since they had illegal access. Awful management!
