Exceedingly poor customer service
Exceedingly poor customer service. Their website had an issue yet they blamed me through multiple interactions. I finally sent a video to prove it. It took a BBB complaint to get an answer to arrange the return. I learned enough before receiving the item that I did not want to have future frustrated experiences. Do yourself a favor and don’t.

I would give ZERO stars if possible
I would give ZERO stars if possible. I was being booted when I returned to my car and I had more than 10 minutes left on the timer - which is of course why I was back at my car.
A friend was ticketed for non payment even though he payed and had proof. When we called the agent said “tough” file a complaint.
The lot was ticketing senior citizens in the 1-2 minutes it took them to walk to the QR code to pay. When confronted, the agent said “just file a dispute.”
The lot we used was unethical, bullying and preying on honest people. Absurd and illegal.
Will NEVER park there again. Hope you enjoyed your $13!
