Highly recommend and will definitely be buying from again! I ordered 5 albums as an early Christmas present for myself, and they were all safely protected with bubble wrap and then also wrapped with tissue paper so they all looked like actual presents! I also got a handwritten note which was such a thoughtful touch. I just really hope the team knows that as customers we really appreciate all the hard work that goes into packing our orders safely, and I personally want to say thank you all so so much!!

The album was packaged really well and the customer service is amazing! I really appreciated being kept up to date with regards to shipment and delivery, would recommend to anyone who wants to get an album and especially for preorders because I was able to preorder a specific member version when this was not possible with other shops! Thanks for a great service!
