Review of Spectrum
Their internet service is good. TV is horrible. They've been raising prices every couple of months for the past year and when I called to cancel they still charged me for the remaining 3 weeks on my billing cycle. According to Spectrum I should have called right before the new billing cycle because they don't prorate. I spoke with numerous associates and a manager; no flexibility, no courtesy. I was told they don't prorate. Plain ridiculous considering that they bill you in advance. Check the fine print with this company. How does a company not prorate when they bill in advance?
