Absolute nightmare! Wouldnt pay surcharge saying there was no oil pump on old engine, luckily we had a picture of the engine being loaded up with the oil pump on so they had to pay. Then head went on new engine after only a few miles. Make sure to read T&Cs on warranty as although they supplied a faulty engine caused by the block not being machined properly no labour fees are included in the warranty to remove it again and refit so it will cost you 20hrs extra garage labour + oils gaskets coolant etc so a lot of extra money! And also we were another 7 weeks without an engine before they got it done and after all that it still leaks coolant and oil.in summary, total garbage

I brought a shark ic160uk cordless vacuum 4 years ago and as of a month ago the floor nozzle has stopped working 3 times.no problem with the vacuum its great...but at around £70 a time its expensive to keep replacing the same part.
