I'm getting closer to my retirement date and Annuity Ready helped me to be sure that I'd chosen the right pathway. In these times of scammers and dishonest organisations it's good to know that there's guidance and advice if needed.

Making changes to my booking

I logged into my account to change the vehicle that I'm taking on my next sailing, to do this you have to sign in through a web browser rather than the Brittany Ferries app. It's easy to do, certainly easier than a phone call. I also like the savings I get with Club Voyage.

New policy

My experience was a good one, as in, the staff were professional and polite however, I was passed around due to there being a new system and the process took well over an hour. I'm grateful for the person that finally completed the transaction and took my payment at well after the 6p.m phone line closure.

Easy as pie

Easy as pie, thank you. If anyone’s reading this my mum, Sylvia Viccars recently bought travel insurance from you and recommended Staysure to me. To my eternal shame I forgot to credit her so that she could claim her £10 M&S voucher……I don’t suppose that could be given to her retrospectively could it?
