Got falsely banned in Dead by Daylight after what I can only assume were mass reports from salty players. I wasn’t cheating at all. just playing the game. I’ve sent multiple emails to Easy Anti-Cheat over the past two weeks with zero response.

Imagine getting banned for no reason and then completely ignored by the company responsible. no explanation, no customer support. just reference ID check and "denied" wtf? Absolutely unacceptable.

This is how you lose trust in your anti-cheat system. by punishing legit players and never owning up to mistakes. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do better.
