Everything is fine so far. We just set up both machines. We wish we would be able to speak with a representative on the phone about questions we have when they arise.

For our Grand Opening-Open House for our clinic, I ordered 150 syringe pens branded with our name and location from Angie. I needed these by 4/13 when I ordered those the week before. She told me I would have them 4/11. This was a very short window. I received updates immediately the next day that showed these were completed and ready to ship. So the majority of the days was for UPS or FedEx to deliver. The pens arrived on the 11th and looked great. Angie was as nice to me on the phone as anyone could possibly be.

Very quick, ( 2 days) process until receiving Articles of Organization, EIN and Statement of Organization both in my email and then originals in the mail. That means the documents were filed with my state also.
