Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I was having trouble booking a ticket with FlixBus due to an often error where it doesn't accept any form of payment. So my best bet was to book through a middle man, and so I did. Was stressed about the confirmation of my ticket as it being confirmed in the last 24h it would simply be too late. I then contacted their customer service and Josepha was really helpful by confirming the tickets in a couple hours. I would highly recommend as they're doing amazing for a somewhat new business. ☺️
