Free cancellation not honoured.
I tried to cancel a hotel reservation during the afternoon 23rd October.
The info from Booking.com said I could cancel up to 23.59 hrs on 23rd October 2025.
I was made to pay £189.98
I had not even made the booking.
The man gave his name as Jonathan McKenzie

I am very happy with the end result. The fitters were excellent as was the telephone contact. Everything else was terrible. Sharps failed to attend on the agreed date. Whilst the first fitter was exceptional, there wrong hinges had been supplied. It is very, very difficult to speak to anyone. The telephonist puts you through several times and then either cuts you off or claims a telephone fault. The next set of hinges came from an unusual company
I feared I was being scammed. The second set was also the wrong set. By this time I was on speaking terms with the delivery driver. It was third times lucky but really.

Review of Imagine Cruising UK
I've had an email from Scott Tristham apologising for poor service saying that all the information is on my file and a quick response would be made. After another 25mins wait, I was told, there would be a quick refund.
I must have spent 12 hours of my life on hold with this company from the start of this booking and am still waiting.
