I have moneys deducted from my account and I don't know whether I've subscribed to this. I just want my money back and cancel that subscription

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. They make you feel at ease with whatever problem you have in your car and keep you updated. Inform you upfront about the problem in your car to get a go ahead in fixing the problem and explain the costs so that you are aware before. They have informed me about the scheme provided to pay in instalment to get you going driving your car. This was fantastic because I did not have enough money to pay at one go, so I opted for the scheme which brilliant.
