Disappointed

I was so surprised when I receive the email telling me that I had won the Ninja air fryer!
It was an easy transaction to get the item shipped.

Only rated this on the middle as when I originally signed up I would get an email confirmation of my entries. This stopped after a few months of entry and now I have to log into the website to see / check for my entry codes. Not sure why Omaze stopped sending out emails with confirmation but sure they could do better!

I used to get an email stating that I was entered into the draw once my subscription was taken and had won the odd Amazon voucher. All of a sudden, I was not getting a confirmation (but bank stating money being sent) and not a sniff since! Now the price of subscription has risen. Whatever next!

Local hire company delivered and retrieved the ladder exactly as promised and were really helpful carrying it to and from my garden. Can't fault them!
