Great experience. Able to get everything figured out with ease.

The products seem to be decent. I am just not happy with how the company claims to give $60 in groceries then when I didn't sign up right away, they sweetened the deal and made it $80 in free groceries. Thinking that my first order would be free per their claim, I was surprised to find that they had charged me. After contacting the company, this was their reply "The $80 in free groceries offer consists of a 30% off first order code (up to $20 discount) and a free gift valued up to $60". Obviously, there was some sort of fine print because I thought I was getting free groceries per their advertisement. Not only that, they roped me into autoship on some of the products that I selected. It wasn't apparent to me that I was automatically choosing autoship. I just don't feel good about claims that aren't being met to the customer. It feels as though I was tricked into this with false claims. The convenience is nice but I prefer absolute transparency more.

Tomas and the team were able to help promptly with my issues. What seemed like it would take hours, they had answers right away. Very pleased!
